The Foundry Hydraulic Molding Press is a high-precision, high-efficiency, and highly stable automated molding machine designed for modern foundries. It is suitable for various casting processes including shell core making, hot-box/cold-box core shooting, green sand molding, and flask compaction. Driven by a high-performance hydraulic system and integrated with PLC intelligent control and HMI, it enables precise sand injection, uniform compaction, and stable demolding, ensuring castings with high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and dense internal structure. Available in vertical core shooters, horizontal core shooters, vertically parted squeeze machines, and horizontally parted no-box machines, this series offers clamping forces from 20 to 200 tons. Customizable based on mold size, core complexity, and production cycle—suitable for both small-batch and high-volume automated production.

The machine completes core or mold formation via hydraulic drive + pneumatic assistance. Typical process:

Hydraulic cylinder drives the moving platen to close precisely, applying preset clamping force (20–200 tons) to prevent flash during shooting.

Compressed air injects mixed resin or coated sand at high speed into the heated mold cavity—uniform filling, no dead zones.

Optional secondary compaction via hydraulic system increases core density and strength.

Built-in heating (electric/thermal oil) cures resin within 60–180 seconds, forming high-strength sand core.

Hydraulic system opens mold smoothly; internal ejector pins or plate push out the core—automatically removed by robot or conveyor.
