Automatic V Process Casting Sand Box for Production Lines

The V-Process Dedicated Flask is a core tooling component specifically engineered for Vacuum Sealed Molding (V-Process). Featuring a high-rigidity frame, perforated metal plate (or mesh) bottom, and uniform vacuum distribution system, it uses negative pressure (typically -0.04 to -0.06 MPa) to compact dry sand around a plastic film-covered pattern—enabling binder-free, high-accuracy molds with excellent surface finish. Lightweight yet robust, with superior sealing and even vacuum draw, it is ideal for high-quality steel, ductile iron, and aluminum castings in jobbing or medium-volume production.

Welded from Q345B steel, stress-relieved by annealing—deformation ≤0.1 mm/m. Optimized for strength-to-weight ratio.

Uniform Vacuum Distribution
Perforated plate with ≥25% open area + internal plenum chamber + multi-port vacuum inlets ensure consistent compaction across the entire mold.

Rapid Sealing & Docking
Silicone gasket + quick-clamp system enables <30-second airtight connection to molding table or rollover machine.

Modular & Standardized
Standard sizes from 800×600 mm to 3000×2000 mm; cope-drag pairs available. Optional RFID tags for smart foundry traceability.
