The QWD1250 Mesh Belt Shot Blasting Machine is a continuous surface treatment system engineered for small-to-medium batch components in foundry, forging, machining, and sheet metal industries. It effectively removes scale, sand adhesion, burrs, rust, and old coatings while enhancing surface finish and profile. Featuring a fully enclosed stainless steel mesh belt conveyor and multi-angle high-efficiency blast wheels, it handles workpieces up to 1250 mm wide with unlimited length (e.g., pipes, brackets, housings, chain links). Achieves cleaning standard Sa2.5 (ISO 8501-1)—an ideal pre-treatment unit for automated production lines.

Effective width: 1250 mm; belt speed: 0.5–3 m/min (VFD adjustable). Handles parts up to 300 mm tall—supports stacked or single-layer loading for flexible throughput.

Multi-Wheel 360° Coverage – No Blind Spots
Equipped with 4–8 high-efficiency QE-type blast wheels (7.5–15 kW each), arranged top/side/bottom for full coverage of complex geometries (cavities, grooves, welds). Shot utilization ≥95%.

Closed-Loop Recycling – Eco & Efficient
Integrated 3-stage shot separation (gravity + air + magnetic) ensures ≥99% shot purity. Paired with pulse-jet baghouse—emissions ≤10 mg/m³, compliant with GB 16297 and EU regulations.

Low Damage & High Durability
304 stainless steel articulated mesh belt (heat-resistant to 150°C). Blast chamber lined with Mn13 or Cr27 high-chrome wear plates—service life ≥8000 hours.
