High-strength alloy steel frame + precision hydraulic cylinders. Repeatability ±1 mm. Withstands repeated shock loads (e.g., ingot handling, molten metal ladles). MTBF ≥10,000 hours.

Heat-Resistant for Foundry/Forging
Equipped with thermal shields, high-temp seals, and air-cooling curtains. Operates continuously within 3–5 meters of furnaces under ≤800°C radiant heat.

Multi-Axis Flexibility & Human-Machine Collaboration
Standard 4–6 DOF (lift, extend, rotate, tilt, grip, wrist rotate). Operated via manual pilot control or semi-auto mode—operators achieve millimeter-level precision with minimal effort.

Quick-change end-effectors: electromagnetic lifters, hydraulic grippers, forks, tilting frames—compatible with ladles, flasks, castings, forgings, etc.

Foundry: Pouring molten iron from ladles, handling flasks and castings post-shakeout.
