The Metal Hydraulic Manipulator is a heavy-duty material handling and manipulation system engineered for harsh industrial environments—such as high temperature, heavy loads, and high dust. Built with an all-metal frame and powered by a high-pressure hydraulic system, it delivers high payload capacity (50–2000 kg), exceptional impact resistance, tolerance to radiant heat up to 800°C, and electricity-free operation. Widely used in foundry pouring, forging loading/unloading, heat treatment transfer, and ladle tilting, it replaces manual labor in hazardous and strenuous tasks, dramatically enhancing safety and automation.
