Product Description of S457 Linear Vibrating Screen
The S457 Linear Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency dry screening machine designed for foundry, mining, metallurgy, and building materials industries, suitable for classification, dewatering, dedusting, and cooling of molding sand, reclaimed sand, and granular materials. Utilizing a dual-shaft inertial exciter + wear-resistant screen body + elastic isolation structure, the S457 delivers directional linear vibration for rapid, uniform material distribution and efficient separation—ensuring high throughput, low clogging, and long service life.
Constructed with a Q345B high-strength steel welded frame, stress-relieved by full annealing, the machine offers excellent rigidity and durability. Screen panels are available in perforated plate, woven mesh, or composite types—adaptable to various particle size ranges. The S457 integrates seamlessly with bucket elevators, cooling beds, belt conveyors, and dust collectors, widely used in resin sand reclamation lines, sand recycling systems, pre-storage classification, and auxiliary foundry equipment—making it a key component in automated and intelligent sand handling systems.

Linear Vibration Screening
The dual-shaft inertial exciter generates synchronized counter-rotating forces, creating a stable linear vibration path (vibration angle 30°–45°). Material moves in a projected motion—fine particles pass through the screen, while oversize particles travel toward the discharge end.

Multi-Stage Screening & Discharge
Single- or double-deck screens available for 2–3 stage classification. Undersize (fine sand/dust) exits from lower outlet; oversize (coarse particles/contaminants) discharges from the end—enabling precise separation.
