The vibra bolling cooling bed is composed of a porous fish scale bed body, an all blowing system, an exhaust systems and ahumidifyingagitator.
The hot used sand falls into the orifice plate of the vibration bolling cooling bed and sprays water through the humidifer while moving along the vibration direction. The airblastsystemblows cold ar from the bottom of the fish scale plate to make the hot sand bobil. The air and the hot sand are in fullcontactandtake away the water and air from the hotsend. The holsand isdischargedby the exhaust system to achieve the purpose of cooling.
