The whole line adopts crushing, magnetic separation, secondary regeneration, air separation, screening and other ways of regeneration. According to experience, the collapsibility of resin sand after casting is very good, so the production line is manually sanded through the grid, and the old sand dropped down is sent to the vibration regenerator through the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor adopts permanent magnet head wheel to separate iron, iron, sand and sand block. The sand and stone blocks are crushed into sand particles by vibrating regenerator, sand and stone blocks and friction of sand and stone blocks, and then enter the secondary centrifugal regenerator by bucket elevator.
