Type lifting machine is a kind of vertical conveying equipment commonly used in mechanized casting workshops. It is mainly used to lift old sand, waste sand, new sand, clay lump, coke dust, etc., and can also be used to lift clay powder, clay sand and other materials.The machine has the characteristics of small size, small area, high lifting height, good sealing and compact layout.

When this machine is used to transport clay powder and clay molding sand, it shall be indicated in the contract so as to take anti-sticking measures.

Ii. Instructions of preparation

The machine has different types, and each type has different manufacture and installation methods.

1. There are two manufacturing methods according to the hopper type:

S method - a hopper with a deep round bottom

Q method - a hopper with a shallow circular base

2. According to the pattern of upper section discharge port, there are two methods:

X1 system - unloading port with inclined flange

X2 system - a discharge port with horizontal flanges

3. It can be divided into two production methods according to the type of lower section inlet:

J1 method - the slope of the inlet is 45 degrees horizontal

J 2 method -- the slope of the feed inlet is 60 degrees horizontal

4. The relative position of the bucket elevator according to the driving device can be divided into left and right installation modes
