This production line integrates sand drying, heating, resin coating, cooling, screening, magnetic separation, and packaging into a complete process, achieving full automation from raw sand to finished coated sand.

Equipped with PLC + HMI central control system for fully automatic operation including sand temperature control, resin ratio adjustment, and cooling time setting.
