Sand Cooling Belt Conveyor
The Sand Cooling Belt Conveyor is a multifunctional equipment specially designed for the foundry industry, integrating sand conveying and cooling functions. It is mainly used for continuous cooling and transportation of high-temperature sand such as resin sand, sodium silicate sand, and coated sand after regeneration.
This equipment can reduce the sand temperature from 600–800°C to ≤50°C quickly, meeting the strict temperature requirements of downstream processes such as mixing, molding, and packaging.

Main Process Flow
Feed material transportation
The high-temperature regenerated sand is sent to the feed inlet of the cooling belt conveyor by the elevator or the pneumatic conveying system.
Cooling treatment
During the transportation process, the sand material undergoes multiple stages of cooling through air-cooling or water-cooling systems, gradually reaching the set temperature.
Discharge transportation
The cooled sand material is conveyed from the discharge port to the subsequent processing equipment, such as vibrating screens, sand mixers or finished product storage areas.
