Overview and purpose

XD low-resistance cyclone dust collector is a new type of high dust removal equipment in 1990s.Low resistance, moderate dust removal efficiency.When the inlet wind speed of the dust collector is 8-12 m/s, the dust removal power is 85% >.It is suitable for dust removal and purification in metallurgy, mining, power generation, building materials, chemical industry, casting, sand blast cleaning and sand transportation grinding.

Because the dust collector itself resistance loss is low, the efficiency is high.It is advisable to use XD type dust collector to form a first-level dust removal system, which is used for dust removal of flue gas of coal-fired boilers.With low inlet wind speed, the dust removal efficiency is 90%, and the emission concentration is lower than 250 mg/cm3.Comply with gb3841-83 national standard for smoke emission from boilers. The maximum allowable smoke emission concentration is 400 mg/standard meter 3, except for urban areas in scenic areas.

For boilers with no mechanical air supply and only natural air supply from chimney, the inlet wind speed of the dust collector is pushed to 3-4 m/s, and the resistance is about 2-4 mm water column (20-40 pa).For the boilers with mechanical air supply and natural air supply, the inlet wind speed of the dust collector is pushed to 4-5 m/s, and the resistance is about 3-5 mm water column (30-50pa).The wind speed at the entrance of the dust collector is 8-12 m/s, and the resistance is about 10-20 mm water column (100-200pa).
