S56L Series Multi-Function Vibratory Reclaimer
The S56L Series Multi-Function Vibratory Reclaimer is a high-efficiency sand reclamation system engineered for foundries to crush, screen, de-dust, and pre-cool reclaimed green sand, resin-bonded sand, or sodium silicate sand in a single unit. Featuring a two-mass elastic vibration structure, multi-stage composite screens, and air-solid separation technology, it produces regenerated sand with intact grain shape, clay content ≤0.3%, and loss on ignition (LOI) ≤1.5%. The sand is suitable for direct reuse in high-precision molding lines, achieving a >95% sand reclamation rate—dramatically reducing new sand consumption and landfill waste for sustainable casting.
Working Principle
Infeed: Lumpy reclaimed sand (with metal fragments, sand agglomerates) enters the reclaimer.
Deagglomeration: High-frequency vibration and impact against internal baffles break lumps into individual grains.
Multi-Stage Screening: 2–3 screen decks (e.g., 6×6 mm / 1×1 mm) separate:
• Usable reclaimed sand
• Oversize contaminants (tramp metal, chills)
• Fines (<0.15 mm)
Dust Extraction: Built-in negative-pressure duct removes fines via cyclone + baghouse—emissions ≤10 mg/m³.
Discharge: Clean sand conveyed back to muller; contaminants and dust collected separately.
