The L12 Series Fixed Vibratory Shakeout Machine is a high-efficiency de-molding system engineered for small-to-medium foundries, designed to rapidly and thoroughly separate castings from sand molds through controlled vibration. Featuring a two-mass elastic vibration structure and variable-frequency/variable-amplitude excitation, it reduces dynamic load transmission to the foundation to ≤15%, while achieving ≥95% sand removal efficiency with minimal casting damage. Ideal for gray iron, ductile iron, and steel castings, it seamlessly integrates with automated molding lines (40–300 molds/hour).

Two-Mass Elastic Vibration – Low Transmission, High Efficiency
The active upper mass and isolated lower mass are linked by rubber springs, concentrating vibration energy on the mold while transmitting ≤15% to the foundation—eliminating the need for massive concrete bases.

Variable Frequency & Amplitude – Multi-Process Adaptability
VFD-controlled motor (0–60 Hz) and adjustable eccentric weights allow real-time tuning of amplitude (2–8 mm) and frequency (5–15 Hz)—optimized for resin-bonded or green sand molds of varying sizes and strengths.

Fully Enclosed – Low Noise & Dust-Free
Welded steel housing with acoustic insulation keeps noise ≤85 dB(A). Integrated dust extraction port (DN200–DN300) connects directly to baghouse collectors for clean operation.

Wear-Resistant & Easy Maintenance
Grates and liners made of NM400 wear plate or high-chrome cast iron—service life ≥2 years. Modular design enables core component replacement in <2 hours.

Smart Control & Safety
PLC system with auto/manual modes, overload protection, phase-loss alarm, and emergency stop interlock. Optional load cells enable automatic start/stop upon sand box detection.
