Product Description of L25 Series Conveyor-Type Vibratory Shakeout Machine
The L25 Series Conveyor-Type Vibratory Shakeout Machine is a high-efficiency continuous mold-breaking and sand-separation system designed for medium-to-large foundry production lines, suitable for green sand, furan resin sand, alkaline phenolic sand, and other molding processes. Utilizing a dual-shaft inertial exciter + movable screen conveyor structure, the L25 integrates vibration-induced breakup with continuous casting transport—significantly improving automation level and production rhythm in cleaning operations.
Constructed with a fully welded Q345B high-strength steel frame (stress-relieved by annealing), the machine offers excellent rigidity and fatigue resistance. Replaceable wear-resistant screen plates (perforated or woven) efficiently separate sand from castings and prevent clogging by large sand clumps. The L25 integrates seamlessly with apron conveyors, bucket elevators, cooling beds, and magnetic separators—forming a complete reclaimed sand recovery and casting handling system, widely used in automated shakeout for engine blocks, transmission housings, large pumps/valves, and wind power castings.
Working Principle
Mold Feeding
Molds with castings are fed into the inlet zone via roller conveyor, robot arm, or forklift, smoothly transitioning onto the vibrating screen surface for shakeout.

Vibration-Induced Breakup & Synchronized Conveying
Upon startup, dual-shaft exciters generate directional linear vibration (45–58 Hz), rapidly breaking down molds. Sand falls through screen openings into a collection hopper or belt conveyor, while castings move forward with the screen—achieving "crush-while-convey" operation.

Casting & Residual Sand Separation
The inclined screen (6°–10° slope) uses combined vibration and gravity to move castings toward the discharge end while shaking off residual sand. Large unbroken lumps are carried as oversize material for further crushing or manual removal.

Smart Control & Safety Protection
