Double-piston cooler
The double disc cooler is a high-efficiency and energy-saving sand cooling equipment widely used in resin sand, clay sand and other casting production lines. It is mainly used to rapidly cool the hot molding sand after shakeout.
With two rotating cooling discs working continuously, the sand can fully contact with air during the cooling process, effectively reducing the sand temperature and ensuring stable reuse performance of the molding sand, thereby improving casting quality.
Our series products adopt modular design, compact structure, stable operation and high automation level. They can be equipped with temperature control system, dust removal system and automatic sand discharging device according to customer requirements, making it one of the key equipment for green recycling production in modern foundries.
Product Features
Double-disc structure increases cooling area and improves heat exchange efficiency, capable of reducing sand temperature from above 80°C to below 50°C.
Equipped with waste heat recovery device and low-energy fan system, reducing energy waste and meeting national environmental standards.
Adopts PLC + HMI control system with functions such as temperature monitoring, fault alarm, and remote control, ensuring easy and reliable operation.
Main body made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with long service life.
Cooling disc adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, allowing cooling time adjustment according to sand volume; key components are standardized for easy maintenance.
