This machine is mainly used for the mixing of molding sand in foundry workshops. It can mix single sand for machine molding, as well as dry film sand, self-hardening sand, face sand and back sand. The latest type of side discharge door opens flexibly and works reliably, completely solving the problem of sand leakage at the bottom.
The high-speed rotor sand mixer produced by our company adopts a high-speed rotor mixer, which rotates downward in the opposite direction while the guide plate remains stationary. This combination of movement and stillness ensures the powerful and rapid stirring of crushed sand. The sand and powder move up and down and horizontally, and are crushed and loosened to achieve a high degree of uniformity. The primary waterway is laterally sprayed water with good uniformity. The chassis, liner wear-resistant plate, scraper and rotor blades of this machine adopted in France are made of French wear-resistant alloy by the mill, with a service life of up to two years. The bearings are all imported from Japan. This machine features low noise, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, and can be started under load.
