Machine structure

As shown in the figure, the vibration body (1) is supported on the base (5) by 10 springs (2), and the two vibration motors (4) installed on the vibration body are at an Angle to the axis of the vibration body.The two motors are perpendicular to each other and turn in opposite direction.

Under the action of the excitation force, the sand in the vibration body moves in a circular motion and rotates. The sand in the vibration body is slammed and rubbed against each other, so as to break off the film. Sand smaller than 3mm falls into the bottom of the vibration body from the grid plate (3), enters the spiral groove, and is transported by the hoist to the outlet for unloading.
