The Screw Feeder is a continuous volumetric conveying device widely used in industrial applications such as resin sand mixing systems, coated sand lines, cement batching, powder modification, biomass fuel, flue gas desulfurization, chemical reactor feeding, etc., for stable, uniform, and controllable feeding of bulk materials like base sand, powders, granules, and additives. Utilizing a rotating screw shaft to propel material, combined with frequency control, weight feedback, and intelligent control, it enables applications ranging from coarse feeding to high-precision dosing—making it an essential conveying and metering unit in automated production lines.

Available in horizontal, inclined (≤20°), or vertical (short-distance) configurations, this screw feeder series can be customized based on material properties, capacity, and space requirements, with a conveying capacity of 0.1–100 m³/h. It is suitable for various operating conditions including ambient, high-temperature, corrosive, and abrasive environments. Its compact structure and excellent sealing prevent dust leakage, meeting environmental and safety standards.

1. Continuous & Stable Feeding
Driven by a motor, the rotating screw shaft continuously conveys material in a U-trough or tubular housing, ensuring pulse-free, uniform, and stable discharge—eliminating "material interruption" or "surge feeding".
